How to Maintain?
| 1 | Your video record contains two
parts: Video files and Video Logs. Video Logs is the index page from the Video files. We recommend run Repair Database Utilities for each month. (or two month once) First of all, please Stop All Monitoring, and Exit Multicam software. |

Click window
START à Programs à Multicam à Multicam Repair Database Utility |

You need to type
supervisor id and password to begin login. Type: Admin for id and no password. Click OK |

Select camera box need to be repair. Click OK when finish setting. |

Click Use Default Path
button to begin Repair.You should see blue bar indicators in Status and Result changing. Repair action time period is depends on your hard drive size. Please wait for a while. If you don’t see any movement, you might need to check your computer HD led is blinking or not. If HD led is still blinking, that means repair still in progress. Please wait again. If you wait more than 30 minutes, but still no movement. Please call our tech support. |
