B/W 5.5" Hardwired Rearview Camera System #HS-RV1000

This industrial quality automotive rearview camera system will help you keep an eye on what’s behind your RV or 18-Wheeler. The weatherproof B/W rearview camera has 380 lines of resolution and includes 6 high intensity IR LED’s for 0.0 Lux night time vision. The aluminum anodized die-cast housing will not corrode or oxidize and includes anti-scratch non-glare glass for tough road conditions. The 7” vibration resistant monitor can support up to two cameras and has a day and night adjustment for picture brightness. Add a second camera for viewing the front of school buses or down the driver’s side blind spot. The normal and mirror image button on the monitor will enable you to view a forward looking camera with the correct image alignment. The system comes with built-in fused current protection and audio/video in/out for recording.

Horse Trailer / All Metal Enclosed Upgrade

All RF wireless transmission will not penetrate metal. When a wireless camera unit is used inside a horse trailer or a trailer that is all metal. It will not work. The antenna must have a line of sight out side of the trailer. Home Spy has a solution. We will remove the flat style antennas on both the monitor and camera units. We will install a SMA connector. From this point you may extend the antenna for a more desirable position. Two 3db whip style antennas are included along with a 12 foot and 3 foot extension wire. Longer wire available at no additional charge, just specify length you want with order.

The Monitor: This new arrival of our 7" TFT LCD Widescreen is the largest screen backup monitor on the market. The 1" thin LCD sits on the fully adjustable base allowing you to aim the screen in almost any direction. A 65-feet cable connects camera to monitor allows for best reception for long range signals. Optional 100-feet, and 150-feet cable are available. The On-Screen-Display menu allows you to navigate and change settings from a distance, using the remote control. Full RCA A/V input allows you to plug in a DVD player, or video game console. The built-in dual speakers provide a stereo sound.

The Camera: This heavy-duty Sony CCD water-proof camera comes with a 6 high-powered IR LEDs for 20 feet night vision in total darkness. Camera uses SONY 1/4" high-resolution CCD, with 65-feet cable connects to monitor, optional extended cable up to range of 250 feet. Metal mounting bracket.
