All items must be returned in the original packaging and must have all power supplies, cables, manuals, SD cards, software disks, etc. to be eligible for a refund. Home Spy dose not assume responsibility for damages in transit. Please have item properly packed. Customer is responsible for all transit charges (to/from our repair center). If product is bench tested and found NOT to have any defects, there is a $25 bench test charge. Replaced faulty parts will not be sent back unless requested by the customer.
